What NetSlot is

NetSlot is a place to find sports courts and ask to book them. Arenas list their courts, opening hours and prices, and decide whether to accept each request. The arena, not NetSlot, runs the venue, owns the courts and is responsible for them. When an arena accepts your booking, the booking is between you and the arena.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Give your real name and an email address you use. If you add a phone number, make it one the arena can reach you on
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@netslot.pk if you think someone else has used your account
• You are responsible for what is done through your account

Booking a court

• A booking starts as a request. When you send one, the court is held for you while the arena decides. The arena has until shortly before the game to answer, and we email you when it does
• Accepted means the court is booked for you at the time and price shown
• Declined, or no answer in time, means the court goes back on sale and you owe nothing
• The price is the one shown when you sent the request. Arenas set their own prices, which can differ by court, day and time
• You can book up to 30 days ahead

Paying

You pay the arena directly, in cash, when you arrive for your game. Nothing is charged through NetSlot and you pay nothing in advance. Bring your booking reference so the arena can find your booking.

Cancelling

• You can cancel any time before your game starts, from the booking itself in your bookings. Nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund. Once the game has started, talk to the arena
• An arena can cancel an accepted booking if it has to, for example if a court is out of use. We email you if it does
• Not turning up without cancelling keeps a court from someone else. If it keeps happening, we may limit or suspend your account

Reviews

• You can review an arena once you have booked and played there, once per arena
• Reviews are public, with your name and profile photo. Keep them honest and about your own visit
• No abuse, threats, personal details of others, advertising, or reviews of an arena you run or work for
• We may hide a review that breaks these rules

For arena owners

• Listing an arena is free. NetSlot charges a commission on bookings players make through NetSlot, at the rate agreed with you, and invoices it. Bookings you enter yourself, such as walk-ins, carry no commission
• Keep your arena's details true: location, opening hours, courts, sports, prices and photos. Prices you set are the prices players see
• Answer requests in good time, and honour the bookings you accept at the price shown
• You are responsible for your venue, its safety, and what your staff do in the dashboard. Your staff's actions are recorded in your arena's activity log
• Use players' names and phone numbers only to run their bookings, not for marketing

Using NetSlot fairly

Do not:

• Make bookings you do not mean to keep, or hold courts to stop others booking them
• Pretend to be someone else, or list an arena you do not run
• Try to get into accounts or parts of NetSlot that are not yours, or disrupt the service
• Copy or collect data from NetSlot in bulk
• Use NetSlot for anything illegal

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as reviews and arena photos. You allow NetSlot to show it on the service, which is what posting it is for. Only post what you have the right to post. NetSlot's name, logo and design belong to NetSlot.

The service

We work to keep NetSlot running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or wrong. Availability, prices and arena details come from the arenas. We may change, add or remove features as NetSlot grows.

Responsibility

• Playing sport carries a risk of injury. The arena is responsible for its venue, and you for taking care while you play
• NetSlot is not responsible for what happens at an arena, for an arena declining or cancelling, or for disagreements between players and arenas, though we will help where we can
• Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Sign-in & security. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top, and tell you before a change that matters takes effect. We keep a record of which version you agreed to.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore deal with any dispute about them.
